Software Markets - Stocks i-flex overseas listing likely in `next fiscal' Our Bureau
Bangalore , Nov. 20 I-FLEX Solutions Ltd expects its overseas listing to happen only in the next financial year. Mr Deepak Ghaisas, CEO of Indian Operations and CFO, i-flex, told Business Line on the sidelines of a press conference that the overseas issue would not happen this fiscal, as preparations for the issue would spill over to the next fiscal. i-flex, which has already received an enabling resolution from its shareholders for an international listing, has started understanding the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission of US (SEC). "We are in the process of preparing a draft prospectus and expect to file it with SEC early next fiscal," Mr Ghaisas said, adding the company was yet to appoint a merchant banker.
