CAG re-elected to Asian organisation

New Delhi , Nov 18

THE Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG), Mr V.N. Kaul, has been re-elected the Secretary General of Asian Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions in a recent meet at Manila.

An official release said that Mr Kaul would be the Secretary General for a term of three years till the next Assembly to be held at China in 2006. The Indian Audit and Accounts Department will function as the Secretariat of organisation.
