IOC officers to visit fuel stations

Our Bureau

Chennai , Nov. 17

INDIAN Oil Corporation (IOC) has formed a team of officers to visit petrol stations in Chennai and interact with customers.

The team, drawn from various departments such as LPG, lubes, finance, human resources, will "quiz customers on their satisfaction levels".

The feedback will help formulate newer initiatives to enhance service standards, says an IOC press release.

It says that the exercise will also result in a "significant learning potential internally," because officers would get "deep insights on customer behaviour and shifting trends of customer expectations."
