Hyderabad , Oct. 14 BILLDESK and Central Power Distribution Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd have partnered to introduce electronic bill payment service for the latter's customers. The service has been branded as CPDCL BillDesk. This new facility allows consumers to pay their electricity bills by instructing a debit advice from their bank account and will save the problem of standing in long queues to make cash or cheque payments for power connection. Mr N. Srinivasulu, Director of Bill Desk said there is growing demand amongst consumers for easier bill payment options. And with our expertise in electronic payment bill payment service, we believe in assisting utility payments across India. This new service is complemented by a lucky draw. The consumers will have the additional facility of receiving new bill alerts, due date reminders and payment confirmations via e-mail.
