Mumbai , Oct. 6 EMPLOYEES of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd have threatened to go on an indefinite strike to protest the Cabinet Committee on Disinvestment's proposal to sell a part of the company's business after splitting it. "To begin with, we will go on a one-day token strike, the date of which will be announced after all union members meet at Chennai on October 8," Mr S.N. Surve, President, National Association of Indian Oil Employees, said. "We have no other choice than go on an indefinite strike to stop the Government from selling out India's only Fortune 500 Company," he said.
