Havells board meet

Our Bureau

NEW DELHI: The board of directors of Havells India Ltd planned to meet on October 22 to consider a stock split. The board will consider change in denomination of face value of equity share of the company. It has informed BSE that its board will also decide all the options for raising funds including issuance of public or rights issue, GDRs, ADRs, ECBs.
