Preferential Allotments Fortune Info to consider allotment of warrants V. Rishi Kumar
Hyderabad , Sept.19 FORTUNE Informatics Ltd is set to consider and finalise the mode of allotment of 7,20,000 warrants and their conversion into fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 4 on a preferential basis. The board of directors of the company is slated to meet later this month to consider allotment of fully paid-up equity shares on conversion of warrants in terms of special resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders held on January 2, 2002, for preferential allotment of warrants as per SEBI guidelines, the company informed the BSE. According to company sources, the Fortune board had issued 38,00,000 total convertible warrants. Of this, about 30,80,000 warrants have already been converted into fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 4 per share.
