Mukand to issue preference shares

Mumbai , Sept. 18

AS a part of its corporate debt restructuring, Mukand Ltd has decided to issue 0.01 per cent cumulative redeemable preference shares aggregating Rs 5.63 crore in lieu of the cancellation of 20 per cent equity capital.

It has also decided to offer nine equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par for every four shares held by its shareholders aggregating Rs 50.63 crore.

This is subject to the approval of its shareholders.
