Jupiter Biotech shareholders' meet on September 30

Hyderabad , Aug. 27

JUPITER Biotech Ltd informed the stock exchanges on Wednesday that a court-convened meeting of the company's shareholders was scheduled for September 30 to consider the scheme of amalgamation of the company with Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd.
