Airlines BAWC to raise freighter service to India Our Bureau
Kolkata , Aug. 22 BRITISH Airways World Cargo (BAWC) proposes to launch from August 31 a third 747-400F freighter, wet leasedfrom Global Supply Systems, to boost services to and from India, a BWAC release has said. Following the introduction of the third freighter, there will be increased frequency from Delhi and Mumbai to London Stansted. With this, BWAC will be operating every week four services from Delhi, three from Mumbai and one from Chennai. A new addition will be the introduction of a weekly flight from London, via Damman and Dubai, to Delhi and Mumbai before it returns to London Stansted.
