Ex-Servicemen's plea

KOCHI: The National Ex-Servicemen Co-ordination Committee (Kerala) has sought implementation of the one-rank, one-pension norm.

According to the committee representatives, the BJP led alliance had supported the demand prior to coming to power at the Centre. The majority of armed services personnel who had to retire after certain period had been denied 50 per cent pension on the ground that they had not served for 33 years.
