Software Pinexe to set up ODC for Kaga Elec Our Bureau
Hyderabad , July 16 PINEXE Private Ltd (PPL), an embedded technology services company, has announced that it will establish an Offshore Development Centre (ODC) for Kaga Electronics Co. Ltd, based in Japan as part of a business understanding between the two companies. The relationship between Pinexe and Kaga is very close to being finalised and a formal sign-off is expected shortly. Pinexe will provide technical expertise in design, development and sustenance both hardware and software through the ODC and will form an important part of Kaga's growth plans. The first major order is expected to be executed soon, Mr J.A. Chowdary, MD of Pinexe, said. Established in 1968, Kaga Electronics Co Ltd is now a $ 1.4-billion diversified electronics manufacturing and trading company. Listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange since September 1997, Kaga is dedicated to providing its customers with technically innovative components, system level products, software and ASIC services.
