Hutch announces new tariffs in AP

HYDERABAD, May 10

HUTCHISON Essar South, the fourth mobile services operator in Andhra Pradesh, has announced a cut in tariffs across post-paid and pre-paid plan for its subscribers in the circle.

The drop in tariffs extends to incoming calls, outgoing calls, STD and ISD.

A company press release said, outgoing call rates have been reduced and customers can choose from the new range of tariffs where the outgoing rate is as low as 40 paise per minute.

Henceforth, the Rs 1.20 per 3 minute for calls to landline will not be charged.

With the drop in STD rates, the long distance calls have become cheaper for customers.

The release said that the existing post-paid customers could now switch over to any of the tariff plan of their choice where each package has a new structure.

In the State, Hutch has presence in 26 towns with caller access in 101 towns.
