Housing Finance Citibank launches property show in Hyderabad Our Bureau
HYDERABAD, April 3 CITIBANK has announced the inauguration of its three-day property event - Shelter's PropShop - here on Thursday, claimed to be the biggest property show in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. In a press release, the Citibank Sales Manager, Mortgages, Hyderabad and Bangalore, Mr Mahesh Misra, said the event would be open till Saturday at Shilpakalavedika in Shilparamam here. The event was being organised by the bank's unit — Shelters — and brings together eleven of the leading property developers from the twin cities. It provides the customer a choice of over 2,000 properties across the twin cities including flats, duplex houses and bungalows. According to Mr Misra, PropShop provides the customer an opportunity to identify the property, get advice on financing options and complete the purchase transaction in all respects. "The event is designed to provide a platform for detailed interaction between customers and developers so that the customer can make an informed decision," he said. Further, there were specially designed meeting areas, site visit facilities and an `On the Spot' home loan eligibility calculation to help facilitate quick decision-making, the bank press release added.
