Wipro graduation ceremony

BANGALORE: Hundred teachers from nine schools around the city were presented certificates from the Wipro Applying Thought programme at a graduation ceremony in the Wipro campus.

The programme, launched in 2001, re-skills teachers to help them enhance creativity and in developing problem-solving skills among students.

"If you ask me what the most important profession in our country is, it is teaching," said Mr Azim Premji, Chairman Wipro, giving away the awards.
