NECC to import 20,000 t maize

HYDERABAD: The National Egg Coordination Committee (NECC) has made arrangements for the import of 20,000 tonnes of maize.

The shipment is expected to arrive in about 50 days. NECC also submitted an application to the Union Government seeking its inclusion in the list of designated agencies for import of maize in future, according to a NECC press release here on Friday.
