Magnasoft, Laser-Scan join hands

Our Bureau

BANGALORE: Magnasoft, a major provider of end-to-end GIS solutions, has entered into a strategic alliance with Laser-Scan of UK, an innovative solution provider for geographic information.

This alliance will augment Magnasoft's range of solutions by adding Laser-Scan's Radius Topology. It will also enable Laser-Scan to reach the Indian markets. Radius Topology extends the Oracle9i database and provides dramatic improvements to the speed and consistency of spatial data handling.

Working behind the scenes, Radius Topology automatically adds topological intelligence to data; existing Oracle spatial software and GIS applications can continue unchanged. Laser-Scan's Radius Topology brings the advantages of GIS to all users within the IT environment.
