This refers to the Prime Minister, Mr Atal Bihari Vajpayee's musings. This year, 2003, is the last full year for the Vajpayee-led NDA Government at the Centre (apart from a part of 2004). Let us all hope and pray that at least this year the Prime Minister will rise to the expectations of his countrymen. His goal for the short-term should be to eradicate corruption in public life. Only then can he boast that the BJP is a party with a difference. Madhu Agrawal New Delhi
