According to the offer document filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the scheme will have two option schemes — growth and dividend plans. There are no entry or exit loads.

The investment objective of the scheme is to provide regular income by investing in debt securities including bonds and money market instruments, the document states. The minimum application amount is Rs 1 crore per application or amount in multiples of Rs 10,000.

Investors have the option to switch units between the dividend and growth of the scheme at NAV-based prices.
