MUMBAI: Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Dai-Ichi Gosei Chemicals (India) Ltd., has become its subsidiary company effective December 2, by virtue of allotment of 48,490 equity shares (97 per cent of total holding) made by Dai-Ichi Gosei Chemicals (India) Ltd. to the company. The company has further informed that Performance Polymers & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd, has become its subsidiary company from December 2, by virtue of allotment of 9,800 equity shares (98 per cent of total holding) made by Performance Polymers & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd to the company.
