THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The telephone directory of the Thiruvananthapuram Telecom district will be published by the end of January, according to Mr K. Sreekantan Nair, Principal General Manager, Telecom Circle, Thiruvananthapuram.

According to Mr Nair, 35,000 new telephone connections will be sanctioned in Thiruvananthapuram during the current fiscal. There are only 20,000 applicants in the waiting list and they will get the connection during the course of this financial year itself, he added.
