HYDERABAD: The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) has come out with its monthly - IRDA Journal. The Andhra Pradesh Governor, Dr C. Rangarajan launched the journal.

Highlighting the need for the journal, the IRDA Chairman, Mr N. Rangachary, said the medium was expected to serve as one more step in the transparency being adopted by the authority. According to him, information interchange and an open-door policy were the foundation stones of the successful strategy of consensus building adopted by the IRDA in regulating the industry.
