States CM inaugurates office buildings Our Bureau
CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Ms Jayalalithaa, inaugurated the new office buildings for the Tamil Nadu Construction Workers Welfare Board and the Tamil Nadu Agriculture Marketing Board here on Thursday. The construction workers welfare board office has been constructed at a cost of Rs 3.45 crore and the agriculture marketing complex at Rs 2.57 crore. The Chief Minister initiated disbursement of financial assistance worth Rs 3.22 lakh to 191 workers registered with the welfare board and released a manual on `Tamil Nadu Construction Workers Welfare Board — An Overview'.
