Nabard sanctions Rs 118 crore

HYDERABAD: National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard) has sanctioned Rs 118.01 crore as loan assistance to the Andhra Pradesh Government for executing rural water supply, drainage, rural roads and bridges projects.

The bank sanctioned a total of 72 road projects, eight bridge projects, one rural water supply project and a drainage improvement project under the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF). The projects are estimated to cost Rs 118.01 crore, according to a Nabard press release here on Wednesday.
