Our Bureau

BANGALORE: i-flex Solutions has announced that it has recently completed a successful SAS 70 audit, which is based on globally accepted auditing standards.

SAS 70 audit is developed and maintained by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). A SAS 70 audit provides software organisations an independent review on the adequacy of their internal controls relating to software development and maintenance.

Ernst & Young was the independent service auditor who conducted this audit at i-flex development centres in India. Mr R. Ravisankar, CEO, International Operations and Technology, i-flex Solutions, said, ``Our successful SAS 70 Review, in addition to our previous certification for COBIT and SEI-CMM Level 5, reinforces our leadership position in this area. The reliability, security and quality of their outsourcing partners is a major concern of customers today, and taking pro-active steps to boost customer confidence is an integral part of our strategy for growth.''
