People Satyam inducts new COO into Nipuna Our Bureau
HYDERABAD, Nov. 11 NIPUNA Services Ltd, the BPO (business process outsourcing) subsidiary of Satyam Computer Services Ltd, has announced the appointment of Mr Ram Ramasunder as its Chief Operating Officer along with other senior management team. Currently, the Managing Director of Electrolux India, Mr Ram Ramasunder, will formally assume responsibilities as Nipuna Chief Operating Officer. A chartered accountant, Mr Ramasunder, held senior positions in Hindustan Lever, Unilever PLC and Pesico. His 26 years of experience spans across finance, operations and general management. Mr Venkataswamy Nagendra, has taken over as Chief Marketing Officer and will be based in the US. Backed by 20-year of work, Mr Venkatswamy brings in his experience of working with majors such as IBM, Unisys, Digital and Group Bull. He was working as the Managing Director of PSI Data Systems, Bangalore.
