Motor show from Nov 14

KOCHI: The Motor Show 2002, one of the largest technically advanced automobile trade fairs in south India, is to be held from November 14 to 17 at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium.

The show, which is being organised by Impresario, will showcase the latest in the global automobile industry featuring passenger cars, off-road vehicles, concept cars, sports cars and motorcycles from a host of national and international manufacturers, a release said.

The major participants include TVS, Hero Honda, Yamaha, Garware Sun Cover Films, Kotak Mahindra Finance, Honda Motor Scooters, Countrywide Finance, Hyundai, Indica and Sumo.

The last exhibition, held in October 2001, saw participation by more than 100 exhibitors and over 60,000 visitors, including trade delegations and business visitors from all over south India.
