Colgate board to meet on Nov 15

MUMBAI, Nov. 8

COLGATE-Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on November 15 to decide on the declaration of interim dividend for the year ending March 31, 2003.

It previously declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.5 per share for 2001-02, involving a pay-out of Rs 37.5 crore. The stock closed on the BSE at Rs 128.10 against the previous close of Rs 130.30.
