Mahindra appoints new director

MUMBAI, Oct. 31

MAHINDRA & Mahindra Ltd has informed the BSE that Mr David Friedman has been appointed as a Director of the company in the vacancy caused by the cessation of directorship of Mr Lewis W.K. Booth.

Meanwhile, Mr V.K. Chanana has been appointed as a Nominee Director of UTI in place of Mr Sanjiv Kapoor whose nomination has since been withdrawn by UTI.
