Telecommunications BSNL cell service in Kottayam Our Bureau
KOTTAYAM: BSNL's mobile service has been launched in Kottayam. Mr H. M. Abubakkar, General Manager, Kottayam District Telecom, said during the launch that about 250 towers have installed in the State covering about 180 cities and towns and national and State highways. The coverage in Kottayam includes Kanjikuzhi, Gandhinagar, Ettumanoor, Pala, Erattupetta, Vaikom, Changanacherry, Chingavanam and Kanjirappally. Highway coverage will be obtained in Pampadi, Ponkunnam, Mundakkayam, Manimala and Kuravilangad.
