ISPs New BSNL dial-up Net accounts Our Bureau
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has started offering new dial-up Internet accounts (PSTN and ISDN) under the Sancharnet.in domain. Announcing this, an official spokesman said that the Sancharnet accounts have all-India roaming facility without extra payment and the access is charged at the local call rates.Password resetting is done free of cost and the toll-free help desk facility through 1957 is available in the secondary switching area (SSA) headquarters. Customers can enter their user name and password for availing Web-based e-mail facility at the Sancharnet site.The `Webfone' facility can be availed of by Sancharnet account holders using pre-paid Sancharnet `Webfone' cards.
