Software Corporate - Diversification Microsec India diversifies into IT Our Bureau
KOLKATA, Oct. 20 MICROSEC India Ltd, a financial and business consulting firm, has diversified into information technology (IT). A new company, MIL Technologies Ltd, which has been set up for the purpose, will initially focus on IT in industry segments such as financial services, insurance, legal services, aviation insurance and avionics. According to Mr Kunal Mittal, Director of MIL Technologies Ltd, the company would focus on value-added business process outsourcing and IT-enabled financial services. Its target clients would be mid-sized companies in the Rs 10-100 crore-turnover bracket. Mr Mittal told newspersons here that the idea behind setting up MIL Technologies Ltd was to take advantage of the growing opportunities in the IT sector in West Bengal.
