Livestock management workshop

HYDERABAD: CRIDA is organising a six-day workshop-cum-training programme from October 17 on "integration of livestock in dryland agriculture". The training is being organised by the transfer of technology division with a view to analysing the constraints and options for improving the productivity and management of livestock in integrated farming systems.

Delegates from the departments of agriculture, animal husbandry, agricultural universities, Krishi Vigyan Kendras and NGOs from Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu besides Andhra Pradesh are taking part in the programme.
