Minister assures full support to Keltron

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, Oct. 1

THE Minister for Industries and IT, Mr P.K. Kunhalikkutty, has assured every support to the initiatives being taken by Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation (Keltron) to make itself competitive in the global arena.

The Minister stated this while inaugurating the Free Servicing Week and the online service call registration facility set up by Keltron at a function at the Press Club Hall.

Mr Kunhalikkutty advised the public sector company to take a leaf out of the Chinese model of development.

"This model, if ably supported by hard work and commitment to the task, will help the company forge ahead and contend with competition."

Mr Ajay Kumar, Managing Director, Keltron, presided over the function.

Prof S.K. Mohan, Principal, Thiruvananthapuram Engineering College, was the moderator for the programme of interaction with the customers.
