IT-enabled Services Seminar on call centre business Our Bureau
CHENNAI: The Industrial & Technical Consultancy Organisation of Tamil Nadu Ltd, a joint venture of ICICI, IDBI and IFCI and State organisations and banks, is organising a seminar on call centre business at Mumbai on September 26 and 27. The seminar will deal on the methodology to set up a call centre project, the India advantage, formulation for a viable capacity, estimation of project cost and means of financing and profitability, marketing aspects and methodology for getting the first customer. The seminar would also deal on HR solutions and technology solutions covering switch-based and server-based solutions integration and WAN solutions, quality standards to set up a call centre and factors determining success, says an ITCOT release. Experts from the call centre industry, financial institutions, technology providers, WAN and LAN specialists and HR and marketing experts will address the delegates, says the release.
