Foreign Institutional Investors FII ceiling up in Balaji Tele, GTL Our Bureau
MUMBAI, Sept. 23 THE Reserve Bank of India has notified that foreign institutional investors (FIIs) can now purchase equity shares and convertible debentures in Balaji Telefilms Ltd up to 40 per cent and in GTL Ltd up to 74 per cent of the paid-up capital. The companies have passed resolutions to this effect at their board of directors meetings and special solutions in their general body meetings, said a press release.
