GM launches limited edition Opel Astra Club

NEW DELHI, Sept. 23

GENERAL Motors India has launched a limited edition model based on the top-of-the-line `Opel Astra Club'. The new special edition is available on a first-come-first-served basis. The model is equipped with features such as a remote-controlled DVD player, roof-mounted drop down remote-controlled LCD screen and infra-red headphones for the DVD system, among other things.

The limited edition model comes with a price tag of Rs 9,40,064 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the petrol version and Rs 9,93,712 for the diesel version. It also carries a special "loyalty package" for the existing customers. of Opel Astra and `Corsa' cars which entitles them or their family members to avail of a service package consisting of Rs 10,000 worth of free service options with the purchase of the new limited edition.
