Two painters climb up a huge billboard to paint a new corporate advertisement near an industrial area in Kolkata. Perhaps after a very long time there is at last a glimmer of hope in the industrial scenario of West Bengal. The State had become notorious for its poor roads, lack of work culture, red tapism and so on. But there are hopeful indications now that corrective measures will be taken.
