SRF board meet

NEW DELHI: The board of directors of nylon tyre cord fabric manufacturer SRF Ltd will meet on September 2 to consider a proposal for buying back the fully paid-up equity shares of the company.

For the year ended March 31, 2002, SRF reported a net profit of Rs 27.29 crore on net sales of Rs 617.54 crore.
