MUMBAI: Mr M.K. Sharma, Vice-Chairman, Hindustan Lever Ltd, and Mr K.V. Vaidyanathan, Director - Legal, Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd, have been elected as the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, respectively of the Trademark Patent Design And Copyright Owners' Association of India (TMPD&COAI). The association, established in 1953, aimed to protect the interests of the owners of intellectual property. The association members were drawn from diverse fields of the industry including manufacturing, consumer goods, pharma and software, the release said.
