BANGALORE, Aug. 20 INFOSYS Technologies and its former global sales, Mr Phaneesh Murthy, are reported to have agreed to participate in an off-court resolution of the sexual harassment suit filed by a former employee, Ms Reka Maximovitch, in order to avoid a public trial. CNBC India has reported that it has obtained a release from the counsel to Ms Reka Maximovitch, former executive assistant to Mr Phaneesh Murthy, which says that the resolution effort is scheduled to take place on September 6 in the US. Until resolution efforts are complete, neither party will be willing to comment on the lawsuit and its details. An Infosys statement said "the matter is pending before the court and we are unable to give any further comments at this point".
