Alliances & Joint Ventures UTI Bank, NHPC ink pact Our Bureau
MUMBAI: UTI Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd (NHPC) for joint consultancy in hydro projects for a period of three years. "This move signifies the bank's increasing involvement in infrastructure projects by means of extending consultancy and the bank has active plans for intensifying its merchant banking activities in the infrastructure sector in future,'' said Mr M.M. Agarwal, President - Merchant Banking.
