The Hindu Business Line : MPL Ford certified `Quality Care'

CHENNAI: MPL Ford, one of Ford India's dealers in Chennai, has been given the "Quality Care" accreditation by Ford India Ltd, according to an MPL press release.

The accreditation is a recognition to Ford India's dealers for placing processes and systems in place which result in enhanced total customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and, hence, a substantial business growth, the release says.

Mr P. Gopalakrishnan, General Manager - Customer Service, Ford India, handed over the Quality Care accreditation certificate to Mr S. Ravindranathan, Managing Director, MPL Ford.
