Food safety seminar from Aug 8

BANGALORE: Pest Control (India) Pvt Ltd and the American Institute of Baking have organised a food safety seminar in Bangalore, scheduled for August 8-10.

This seminar is aimed at bridging the knowledge gap in the Indian food industry with respect to changing safety regulations and the requirements of global customers, according to a release.

The seminar aims to update participants in international trends in food safety and is designed to empower them to implement food safety programmes at their workplace, it added.
