VOICEGATE Technologies India, a telephony solutions provider engaged in various voice processing solutions and part of the Canadian Corporation, has deployed an interactive voice response system for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) and has lined up range of products for the marketplace.

The Managing Director of VoiceGate Technologies, Mr Syed Mohammed, said, "our product range backed with service support has made us the No.1 in the field of off the shelf and customised Voice Mail System in India. The company today has more than 1,000-strong installed base in India.''

The company's clientele include L&T, Reliance, KPMG, Tata Finance, GE Capital, Kotak Mahindra, Scotia Bank, Indian Railways, HSBC, ICICI and some of the biggest corporates in the country, including several MNCs.

The company, which started with two most popular off the shelf range - VIP 4000 and Voice Wizard, is in the process of broadening its product offering.

The company's Voice Wizard is a unique non-PC based complete voice mail system for small and medium size offices and comes in two and four ports configuration that helps create 30 and 60 mailboxes respectively.

While VIP 4000 is a DOS-based voice mail system starting from 2 ports to 24 ports, VoiceGate ICS is a more advanced version of voice mail system that operates in a Windows NT environment.
