Spl counter for Delhi taxpayers

NEW DELHI: The Income-Tax Department has set up special return receipt counters for salaried taxpayers at Pragi Maidan Hall.

According to the department, more than 80,000 income-tax returns were received at these counters on the first two days itself (July 27 and 28). Special arrangements have been made for senior citizens. Refunds were issued to them on the spot. These counters will remain open from July.29 to 31 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
