ABN Amro, UTI Bank to share ATMs

MUMBAI, July 24

ABN Amro Bank N.V. India and UTI Bank are to share ATMs in India to increase their reach across the country.

"Network sharing helps the bank to develop economies of scale and minimise the cost of servicing customers,'' said a press release announcing the ATM sharing arrangement.This gives the banks' customers access to 526 ATMs of UTI Bank plus 51 ATMs of ABN Amro Bank across India.
