Letters Bad debts
This refers to the Government Ordinance for collecting the bad debts from defaulters from the bank for long penal proceedings. This is a welcome move by the Government. The Government must issue the same ordinance for the defaulters of financial companies, benefit funds, where small investors have put their hard-earned money. If this ordinance is also made applicable to the institutions, the recovery will be fast and the small depositors will get back their money. Bhagwandas Mangal Chennai
