Karnataka: Networking sub-registrar offices

BANGALORE: The offices of the sub-registrars in the State would be computerised in the next six months.

The Government is contemplating privatising the offices on the lines of those in Maharashtra and will experiment with the build-own-operate and transfer (BOOT) system under a revenue sharing arrangement with the bidders to the plan, according to the Revenue Minister, Mr H.C. Srikantaiah.
