KOLKATA, July 15 THE Gujral group of hotels has announced the launch of Golden Regency International Centre for Hospitality Management (GRICHM) in association with Regency Institute of TAFE (Training & Further Education), Government of South Australia. The institute is located in the premises of Golden Retreat, a Gujral group resort in the industrial township of Haldia. According to Mr B.S. The course for the first batch of 50 students is slated to begin in August this year. Addressing a news conference here, Mr Gujral said Golden Regency would offer advanced education and training facilities as well as amenities and support services to its students. All students who secure 75 per cent and above are guaranteed placements. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Michael Hogenbirk, Executive Manager, Regency Institute of TAFE, said the tie-up with the Gujral group was in tune with the Australian agency's desire to fan out globally. Successful students here could obtain certificates in hospitality management and cookery from the Regency International Centre for Hospitality, Leisure and Food Studies, South Australia.
